Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: July 2026

In plain words: MomGist is free to use. When we suggest a product and you buy it through our link, the store pays us a small commission. You never pay more because of it. That's how we keep the app free — and we'd rather just tell you than hide it.

How MomGist makes money

MomGist helps you find gifts, school supplies, clothing, and party items by suggesting products from third-party retailers and linking you to them. Many of these links are "affiliate links," which means if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.

These commissions support MomGist and allow us to offer the app for free.

As an Amazon Associate, MomGist earns from qualifying purchases.

Our promise on recommendations

We suggest products based on what fits you and your family — the ages, sizes, interests, and events you tell us about — not based on which retailer pays us the most. A commission never changes what we recommend or the price you pay. If something isn't a good fit, we'd rather you skip it.

Retailers we may work with

We participate, or may participate, in affiliate programs including but not limited to Amazon, Target, Walmart, Etsy, and other retailers and affiliate networks. When you click a shopping link, you leave MomGist and shop directly with that retailer under their own pricing, terms, and privacy policy.

Where you'll see this

We disclose our affiliate relationship in a few places so it's easy to find: near shopping links in the app, during sign-up, and here on this page. We aim to make it clear and never buried.
